Thanks so much for your help. I ended up waiting one day and the price had dropped to 85/night. I used the $30 off coupon which dropped the rate to $71/night.

From the best I can recall, I believe we ended up delaying booking until the Hilton amenity set came up and then booked it for somewhere between $80-90/night. We wanted a hotel that was walking distance to the park.
