Thanks very much for this information. I used PRICELINE instead and got the Vedanza Hotel for $77 per night.

I am hoping to go to San Juan during the above dates. There are 2 hotels that I have an interest in and they are as follows: (1) 3.5 stars $89 Amenities: Casino, Fitness center, pool, restaurant, business center and high speed internet access. (2) 3 stars $93 Amenities: Fitness center, pool and restaurant. Could someone please help me in my quest in identifying the above hotels.

After approximately two months of trying (on and off) with no success, I have unfortunately had to abandon PRICELINE and opted for a mixture of accumulated points and special rates to bag the Hyatt Regency for my first two nights and the Grand Hyatt for my final night.

I am finding it very difficult in finding a hotel in this area for the above dates. I have bid thus far $165 to no avail. I note that there is a convention beginning on 09/12/08 so I have attempted to split my bid but again that has proven to be unsuccessful. Has any body else had any problems in bidding for this area at this time?

No need for a response I did a bit of digging and found that it was going to be the Sheraton. This has now been confirmed by my purchase through hotmail.

Just to let you know it was the Hotel Indigo Chicago- Gold Coast and of course I used the s-b link. This hotel has got good reviews so I am pretty happy with it.
