My report about easy click, I used it for my daughters bithday trip to Orlando, Flordia arriving on a Friday night,I used them for the Holliday Nikkibird Kid Suites thinking that they would be nice for a little more money, 2 days later I received a frantic phone call from my twin sister saying that the Nikkibird was overbooked and they must move me. I was a half mile from the hotel! My sister three-wayed the phone call and EasyClickTravel's Willie promised me a hotel suite with a jacuzzi, fine I said but I asked if I would have any problems checking in, I was reassured that the hotel would be expecting me WRONG! I walk in explain who I was and the hotel staff laughed and say well you are the 5th one today and no" my name was not faxed over", and "they are not houring EasyClickTravel's credit card!"I called back to speak with a supervisor, and was told that the hotel was "being difficult and"that she had to send an employee from Altamonte Springs earlier to show their id so the would charge the credit card and to get an authoration code" I was talking to the supervisior while waiting at the front desk,when my cellphone second line rings.It was a girl from EasyClickTravel calling to speak to West Ilro Bronson :) I explain that is the name of the road the second hotel is on :o then the girl tells me that they will put me in a studio by Sea World but I refused to be moved to Sea world area,and I explain that I paid more for a suite, the girl tranfers me to talk to Willie for the 4th time, but I get the female supervisor and she agrees to put me in the Dolphin hotel and ask my spg # I then ask if I would have problems again, told no that EasyClickTravel went to the Dolphin's website to book :) so I show up at 8pm now after 3 hours dealing with this and the front desk confirms my 1 day reservation :) when I say no it should be 2 nights. The desk cleark says he will fix it but to I call EasyClickTravel back to make sure it would be paid.The female supervisor who booked me at Dolphin said it was her mistake she was sorry and tells me she is sorry that my daughters 8 bday was spent in hotel lobby waiting to check in. I used my debit card for room extras then I released that was dumb on my part. so when it came time to checkout I asked about the card that the room was being charged to, and was told EasyClickTravel card was declined "but not to worry" I could leave, but I stayed at the front desk till someone faxed a payment form over to the hotel.I even gave the front desk guy my cellphone so he could to talk to EasyClickTravel while he waited for the Fax.Everything was taken care of in a hour and half after I was suppose to leave My daughter did not go to school Monday because I was so exhusted form this trip EasyClickTravel were always polite to me, but it still was one messed up trip! would I use them again? maybe,but not for bdays trips LYNN
