Was hoping for something more on the actual beach. Found another place, Mykonos Palace, that is 188 a night right on the beach. If you have a link that beats or matches that to that hotel, I'll use it.
Think we will keep looking, too many reports of theft. How about a 4* in Mykonos Southwest - Ornos area hotel. Only amenity listed is a pool. 178 per night same dates Aug. 25-28.

I might consider doing this presentation thing for 109 dollars and get two nights in tuscany. How much a night would it be then for the Imperial palace to stay from sunday til thursday.
I might be willing to spend a little more than 60 dollars a night for the strip. I do not need to be near the tournament as it was originally going to be in the golden nugget but now they are not sure and say possibly binions but thats not in stone yet either. I do not mind traveling out to get to the tournament for one night and would like the strip at a somewhat decent location but dont need the best room but also don't want a heep. I did find one thing that made you sit through a presentation for the excaliber but you still have to pay $109 to do it.
Part of the reason I am going to be down there is for a poker tournament for a freeroll into a wsop event. But I would like to play poker mostly and hopefully be somewhere near the central part of the strip. Never been to vegas. Someone was telling me how they heard some hotel that just opened was giving away two free nights prolly in exchange for a couple hours of listening to a timeshare presentation which I would not mind doing for two free nights at a nice place. Any ideas on where I might find something like that so I could maybe stay someplace more centrally located like the tropicana or something the rest of the time.
I am trying to keep it below 60 dollars a night but I would be willing to split my stay and I would actually not mind staying on the strip if possible.
Also while I am lookin for deals any ideas on a three star for 52 dollars a night for the same nights with the same things only a golf course nearby the description is the same it is on the north strip.
For the nights of 7/28-8/03 it is 46 dollars a night. They have a Casino Pool and restaurant. Any Ideas on what hotel this might be. Desctription says This midscale establishment offers more than just the basics in style, comfort and customer service
