I will be in Victoria for a couple of days arriving on July 17th. Any suggestions on how much to bid for a 3 1/2 star or higher hotel?

I am also going to traveling to Seattle on July 15th-17th. I would be interested in at least a 3 1/2 star hotel. I will monitor this thread to see if there is any more information. Thanks
