We are traveling with some friends to Orange County in the end of June. I'd like to use Hotwire to book our hotel, but I'd like for each of us to book our own hotel. If we both go to Hotwire the same day, see the same rate, with the same amenities, in the same area, are we, in fact, guaranteed to be booking the same hotel? I don't want to pay the price for both rooms and deal with one of us reimbursing, but I'd rather do that than have one of us end up at a different hotel. Thanks!
