    Chose district 7 and started bid from $95 and increase $5 each time. Finally got $125 per night. Quite happy about this rate 'cause official rate for those is $195 per night.

    Try to stay in downtown/ Dupont Circle - Woodley Park/Georgetown - Foggy Bottom and bid $95 per night but still no luck. Any suggestion?
