It could be Hotel Parc Saint Severin, which is on the Left Bank but still within the Notre Dame-Marais area. The Tripadvisor rating and normal price fit perfectly and a few people reported on Tripadvisor that they had a Hotwire deal. Moreover, it is a bit bland and that is the usual style of Hotwire deals, as I got a Hotwire deal at the Grand Hotel Saint Michel in the St German area.

Did it also include the 90% Tripadvisor rating ? I won from Hotwire the the Grand Hotel Saint Michel but for 199$ for 8 April.

The amenities were as mentioned.The most important thing was that was mentioned that the Tripadvisor rating was 4,5 out of 5 (the reason I booked it).

The info was 4 stars, 4,5 out of 5 at Tripadvisor, which was correct, but savings was supposed to be 35 % whereas it was just 20% or just 15% compared to hotel website prices. Amenities that were mentioned : Free Internet, Pet friendly, Smoke free rooms, Business center, Self-service laudry
