Saw this on Priceline as Express Deal for $158 (easy to identify the Hotel as the Avalon because it offers free breakfast which is an unusual amenity on South Beach (and same daily resort fee)). Started at $140 and then used the (zone strategy detailed on BB) and got it for $150 . Thanks BB for the great information on amenities and zone bidding strategy!! A great service for all BB users - and I made sure to book through the PRICELINE link at the BB Site.
