Having stayed here before, I really enjoyed this property. Unfortunately, the hotel was sold out so there was not chance for an upgrade. Have another night here tonight (Sun) and received a corner executive room. It is huge!

Started at $140 and moved it up to $154/$158. Bid accepted at $160.

Got the Westin - Was hoping for the Standard however. Still happy with the price considering that it retails around $177 per night! Rejected bids for 4* in downtown LA - $90/95 Bid for 4* in Pasadena (Westin) at $120 and got rejected too.

I just got Vdara for $165 thru PRICELINE for 3/13-3/16. I would try to bid for $160 first though.

Having traveled to LA many times this year already, you might want to see if the 405 will have construction. That being said, I would also recommend staying at the OC/Garden Grove. If distance is not a problem, hotels in Ontario are cheaper too. Hyatt Place is really nice and big for families.

I'm pretty sure I just saw this on March 13-16 since I was shopping for those dates and hotel area. It looks like it will be Venetian or Palazzo.

Got Vdara for $165 for 3 nights. Rejected bids at LV North Strip 5* (Venetian or Palazzo) for $150, $165 I should note that my initial bid for Vdara at $150 was also rejected.
