with taxes, $68.09 it said it was a 60% deal on hotwire, but maybe even more because on the hotel's website, the cheapest room for that day is 195$! is there something I missed or is this a really good deal?

I am looking at how to bid on Priceline as I can not find any bidding history for Portsmouth. a search on Priceline for 3 stars without the 'name your own price' results in these 3 possibilities 3 Sheraton Harborside 3 Holiday Inn Portsmouth 2,5 Anchorage Inn & Suites any others? I am aware that the minimal cost without priceline would be 100$ so my bidding should start at what? Thanks
