Best hotel on Ft. Lauderdale Beach -- Slowest time of year Tues 9/12/06 - Sat 9/16/06 $125.00 per night With taxes, 4 nights totalled $574.00 I tried $90 and $95, but was rejected It is currently the only Resort class on Ft. Lauderdale Beach. The Westin Dipolmat on nearby Hollywood Beach is a newer and nicer hotel, but I needed to be in Ft. Lauderdale. :)

After failing to get a 4* at a bid of $95, my $84 bid for a 3* was accepted on first attempt for May 24-25. Bid $84 Tax $19.58 Add'l charges unknown at this time Total $103.58 Any comments on hotel welcome

One night -- May 18-19, 2006 -- I entered a bid of $62.00 for a Resort or 4* - I was rejected, but asked to raise my bid by $17. Upon doing so, my bid of $79.00 was accepted. Nice Hotel, quite and romantic. I was there on business. Not for kids. Bid $79.00 Tax $17.70 Resort Fee $12.00 -- includes valet parking., fitness ctr and high speed internet access. Total $108.70 Good luck bidding :)
