I actually ended up renting an apartment for the first three nights at $99 & then did a 4* Hotwire for $86 a night. I ended up getting the Omni HIlton Head Resort which looks really nice albeit a little dated. I am very exicted! Thank you everyone for the suggestions!

Thanks for the reply! I think I would like to stay in the Historic District or midtown. But, the more I read I think I would be acceptable to stay in Tybee Island since it is a short drive away & near the beach.

Hi everyone! I am new here and I need some help. Does any one have any suggestions on bidding for a hotel 4/4-4/8 in Savannah GA? I want something that is at least 3.5* and hopefully below or $125. I definitely DON'T want to start anywhere near that, and am ideally looking for something less than $100 a night. I know this is wishful thinking, but I am travelling alone & have no one to share the cost with. :( Any suggestions or guidance is greatly appreciated!!! :) C.
