Checked out the regional breakdown on priceline and had it narrowed down to 3 hotels (2.5 star rating) in the area; Hapton Inn, County Inn and Suites, and Laquinta Inn. Reviewed this forum and started out with a bid of $49 and won right away. I was hoping for the Hampton, but for the price, I'm happy with Laquinta Inn.

First time using this site to determine what to bid on Priceline. It worked great! Saw past bids accepted at $58-$65...I bid $60 and won!!! Looking forward to more winning (cheaper) bids!!!
