  1. But the Park Inn and Crown Plaza are both in the Central-Westgate zone as described by Hotwire, so they both would be possible if they had inventory available.
  2. Trying to get a bunch of rooms for August 1st for one night for a wedding reception. When i put in a request for 1 room only one 3* hotel comes up in the Central area for $74 with amenities listed as Fitness Center,Restaurant, Business Center, and High Speed Internet. My best guess would be the Park Inn for that. BUT, if i put in 6 rooms, only one 3* hotel comes up in the same area, still for $74, but now amenities are same as above PLUS pool and golf nearby? I would think this may be the Crown Plaza. Anybody ever seen this before? is this the same hotel? also "golf nearby" confuses me, how close does the golf course have to be to be listed as an amenity? There is no golf course within walking distance to any hotel in this zone. And one last thing. There is a Clarion Westgate hotel that priceline classifies as 2* hotel on this zone there is no way that Hotwire can bump it all the way up to a 3* is there? Thank you in advance.
  3. Was looking to get a hotel in either Tempe or Downtown zones. Started bidding at $35, increased by $1 using free re-bids over a couple of days. Accepted at $51 by Courtyard by Marriott Camelback. Cheapest rate on their website was $279 a night! Price Per Room, Per Night: $51.00 Subtotal: $306.00 Taxes & Service Fees: $50.16 Total Charges*: $356.16 Courtyard By Marriott Camelback Downtown Phoenix 2101 East Camelback Road Phoenix, Arizona 85016 602-955-5200
  4. Problem is there is not a Days Inn located in the Ohio State University Zone according to the area outlined by hotwire's maps? The only one I see that you may be thinking is the one at 1700 E 17th Ave, and thats outside of the allowed zone.
  5. Amenities listed: Comp. Breakfast, Pool, High Speed Internet My best guesses at this point would either be the Fairfield Inn or Holiday Inn Express. Anybody else have thoughts? Thanks in advance.
