There were two 4 star hotels that came up, this listed "Pet Friendly" in the amenities so I thought it was "Hotel Granados 83".
The hotel charges a resort fee that is charged directly at the hotel - approx 1 Euro per person per day.

Started at 55 for a 3* in Buff Airport. Used Grand Island and South Buffalo for free rebids (at 60 and 65 respectively), was successful at $65. Was hoping for the millenium buffalo, but got the Holiday Inn Buffalo Intl Airport.
