  2. So sorry! I ended up renting an apt. It was last minute and we were afraid of trying a bid. Thanks for your help! :/
  3. Need a room in Vegas for a night, 4/9 to 4/10. Any guesses on this one? Las Vegas Strip North Area Casino Hotel 5* $ 160 Business Center Restaurant Indoor or Outdoor Pool Casino Fitness Center Non Smoking It says it´s a guest favorite with rate 9.
  4. Need a room for a last minute trip to NY. Was going to stay at a friends house but he's had a family problem and we're now "hotelless". Any good options around Priceline Express Deals for next week. I'm considering this Central Park South 4* with pets allowed, business center and restaurant OR 4* Midtown West area with pets allowed, business center, restaurant and bed choice. Tkss
  5. Need a hotel for 4 nights in Dubai for the period between 15th and 19th of january. Any clue on the Priceline Express hotel deals?! We need 2 rooms and would love a 5*. Tkss
  6. Finally decided on this offer and got the lovely Omni. Tks BetterBidding for all the help.
  7. I finally did, KatiesMom. Booked it last night! Got the Omni like you guys predicted! We're very excited! Many many tks for all your help! :)
  8. See how confused I am, thereuare  I was looking for the Affinia Shelbourne you mentioned a few das ago. And what I meant was if any of these two are beeing offered on PRICELINE EXPRESS or HOTWIRE, considering your expertise.
  9. The Omni is now our best option! I'm just wondering if the doubletree or the afinia are no the board today?! They're probably as good as the Omni but cheaper, no?! Gotta decide today! Many tks
  10. Many many thanks for all you replies! I agree with the comments abou TS... not really interested in the busy turisty part of NY. Because it's a special trip I'd love to stay at a nice hotel, like the Omni or the Shelburne, but can't really afford to pay more than $250. I understand it might be quite difficult to find that kind of deal, but I just saw on hot-wire for $250 on a boutique hotel with amenities: Free Internet, Pet friendly, Boutique Hotel, Business Center, High-Speed Internet Access Recommended in 85% of Hotwire customer reviews. That's a good deal, right?! The areas are divided differently in hotwire and priceline but this MTC looks nice. Am I right?! Not sleeping these days...
  11. I know KatiesMom, that's why I'm taking so long to decide I have no idea on what's best in NYC. Have you any thoughts about nice neighborhoods for a honeymoon stay?! many many tks
  12. Tks for the reply. With a $1 more/day there's a MTE hotel with: Pet friendly Fitness Center Restaurant(s) Business Center High-Speed Internet Access Accessible path of travelIn-room accessibility Accessible bathroomRoll-in shower
  13. So, considering it's the New Yorker, after reading a few coments about the neighborhood we decided to try somewhere else. I just got an email from Hotwire about a hotel in MTE for $246 and the following amenities: Pet friendly, Fitness Center, Restaurant(s), Business Center, High-Speed Internet Access. Plus, it's recommended in 80% of Hotwire customer reviews. My doubts are: is it a nice area and wich hotel could this be. (Sorr, not sure if I was suposed to start a new post for HOTWIRE) Many tks
  14. There's a 4* hotel in MSG for $249 We're staying from 31th oct till 9th nov. Ammenities include Free Internet in room Pets Allowed Restaurant Business Center Fitness Center Any guessings?!
  15. Any guessings on which hotels these might be?! The MTE one looks nice... How is the discount applied?! I tried booking it but the discount was not included!
  16. Honestly, I can't really name ONE area but I guess I'd go for CTS, MTE and MTW. And I'm still focused on spendind $2000-$2400 for the 9 days. Am I dreaming to high?! Let me know... And many, many thanks on the reply again. :)
  17. Any time, thereuare! :) Yes, I guess $230 tops is ok, right?! I'm not sure about Central Park South... just guessing it's a nice area! I could take your advise in other areas! Just consider honeymoon=nice hotel room! ;)
  18. Tks for the reply Thereuare Because it's our honeymoon I could consider increasing the budget to stay in a good hotel/area. It could be my last honeymoon  Would you help me with a strategy to find a nice hotel in NYC? The tickets are already booked so there's no turning back. Many tks
  19. Thereuare Would you suggest any other areas rather than Central Park South? I confess i'm afraid of buying a hotel without knowing what I'd get! :(
  20. Many thanks for the reply. Concerning the area, I'm brazilian, not very familiar with NYC... Can you suggest any other areas/price ranges?! Tks again :)
  21. Hi there! Will spend my honeymoon in NYC from 31th oct till 9th nov. We want the Central Park South area and a 4* possibly 4,5* because of the occasion LOL. Any clues?! I'm not very familiar with Priceline. Have read lots of posts but not very sure on how to proceed. Do you think it's possible to pay something around $160-$180? Many tks
