  1. Ok I won the PRICELINE EXPRESS deal for Residence Inn at $68 a night :) So excited!
  2. One more quick question! I also see a 2.5 star Branson Hills hotel with an 8+ approval rating. $64 for 6/9/17-6/11/17 Here are the amenities. Bed Choice Non Smoking Pets Allowed Swimming Pool Any ideas what hotel this is?
  3. Wow! This might be a win for us... I don't mind Residence Inn at all. I know they usually offer breakfast but maybe they don't list it in the amenities.
  4. I am still on the hunt for a Branson hotel! Any idea what this one could be... 3Star Branson Southwest 7+ guest rating Free Internet Free Parking Free Breakfast Business Center Fitness Center Non Smoking Pets Allowed Swimming Pool
  5. My budget is around 65 a night before taxes ect. I was hoping for the Residence Inn, or Hotel Grand Victorian OR any hotel in the Central Branson area... Is my budget unrealistic in your opinion? I'm just hoping for a nice hotel with breakfast.. (I am taking my mom for a 50th birthday trip) centrally located
  6. Really? With an 8/10 guest rating.. It doesn't look very inviting. No, I'm not interested. :( I got excited thinking it was another facility. I'll keep looking! I will win this hotel thing today :)
  7. I am thinking of getting a PRICELINE EXPRESS deal on Priceline as follows $56... Any idea what hotel it may be? 3 Star Branson East Very Good 8+ /10 Top Amenities: View all Free Internet Free Parking Indoor or Outdoor Pool Restaraunt Non Smoking
  8. So I ended up winning a 3.5 star convention center hotel! Just a couple blocks from the strip & on the monorail line! It was the Westgate Las Vegas. Total price was $116 for 3 nights! ($33 a night.. Thanks!
  9. Yeah that listing went away suddenly! I wonder how often the Hotwire hotel sales are updated. I see a few that might be okay west of the strip..3 star $61 a night, casino fitness center, pool, restaurant, business center, Internet.. Any idea what this could be? OR $58 3 Star east of strip area resort, free parking, resort, pet friendly, suite, fitness center, pool, restaurant, business center, Internet access?
  10. I found a 3 star west of the strip with the following amenities Free parking, free internet, casino, fitness center, pool, restaraunt, business center, and spa services. $58 85% recommended.. Any ideas on where this could be? Dates of 9/25-9/28 DJ
  11. I had a 4 star rating then a 3 star rating for both North/south strip on Priceline. I am not opposed to staying east or west of the strip as long as I'm not too far away from all the action.
  12. I ended up staying at the Hampton Inn downtown using points. Thanks!
  13. I am going to Vegas the end of September and wanted to name my own price.. I did so at $50 a night a few days ago (for strip locations only) and was not successful. I'm pondering staying east or west of the strip as long as we arent to far away. BTW I am traveling with my boyfriend.. we're just going for some R&R and sightseeing. We've both been to Vegas before. Any suggestions on what star rating just off the strip (but not freemont) may work for us? I was looking at Rumor, Palms, Hooters and Rio maybe? Not sure.. I'm willing to go up a few bucks as well.. Maybe $60 or $70 a night.. Dj
  14. Also I just noticed on your website that the only 1 star for Chicago river north/ loop is the redroof inn? I looked at its reviews and it didn't look to bad? I may try that... I was thinking super 8 or motel 6 type of hotels were 1 star.... So I was turned off. This one might not be too bad. I wonder if I can bid on it for $80-90 a night...
  15. For Evanston/Skokie? Maybe $75 or $80? I don't know what the highest star level is in that area? We want to be somewhere semi nice though...and again close to transit. This may be a good idea for a romantic trip if Evanston is quiet? For downtown/Michigan ave my max bid will be $115 a night with the lowest star rating at 2 stars..
  16. What suburbs are fairly close to the city? Someone recommended Schaumburg? (However I'm not sure how close in it is) or how easy public transit is to access from there? I've always stayed in Aurora when visiting with my uncle (who has since moved back here to KC) My plans include Navy pier boat tour/ aquarium and shopping on Michigan Ave and a coupe nice dinners.. Davin
  17. Thanks so much for the insight! I'll try again next week and maybe up the bid by about $20-25. I am used to getting rooms in NYC and Vegas waaaay cheaper :) How far away is the medical district from downtown? We really don't want to rent a car... And is flying in from MDW. Davin
  18. I started yesterday bidding on Priceline for a hotel room (semi romantic) getaway for Oct 4-6. I started the bidding at $60 for a 3 star hotel... No luck. I attempted to broaden the area to the medical district still no luck. However priceline emailed me afterwards stating it had express deals in the medical district *** for only $70... However it was for the day before my trip. Any suggestions? Is $65ish to low for anything in this areas? I would even take a 2.5 star hotel...(I tried that also with no luck)
