Thanks for the fast reply! In terms of budget, I'd ideally be spending anywhere from $60-$120 per night, not including the resort fee. I'd like it to be around $70 but I'm willing to pay more if I can get something nice. Also, I'd like to get a step above the standard rooms, but don't need a large suite or anything that fancy. If I do one of the secret deals, would that mean I would be put in a standard room? Thanks a ton!

Hi everyone, I'm looking for a Vegas hotel, preferably on the Strip for a good value. Though not extremely picky, there are a few hotels in te 4-5* range that I do not want to stay at, namely the Trump, Tropicana & Four Seasons. I'm wondering what would be the best course of action for me to get a good deal while avoiding those hotels I listed. Should I go the Hotwire, Priceline bidding or Priceline express deals route? Or, should I just book through a site that lists the hotel and forego the savings offered for the blinds deals? Any tips or tricks would be greatly appreciated!
