Hi there new to this forum and a newbie for Hotwire and Priceline. I am looking to book a hotel for 2nd week of January 2014. Area would be Woodland hills LA California. I would like to bid on a 3.5*. I am hoping for the HILTON or Warner Center Marriott. Anybody ever got good rates on them? Any tips when the best time to try to bid, as January second week after, is considered low season. Thank you
