  1. Thanks for the input mikey, I probably will take Thehotel, but I will post as soon as I book.
  2. Ended up booking the Aladdin Resort & Casino for $180 a night, 5 nights. Not a bad price considering the time of year. Booked through EasyClickTravel
  3. Looking for some advice here guys, I'm making a short trip to vegas in december and I was ready to to book TheHotel until I started reading some subpar reviews online about service and quality of the rooms. I plan on going dec 17th through the 21st. I've basically narrowed it down to these 2 hotels because I want to experance vegas all out this trip and I've found some pretty good prices. So, if you had to choose between The hotel ($140 a night, free upgrade to suite, 2 free spa passes and $35 in slot play...booked through their website) or The Venetian ($157 Standard Luxury 1 King Suite...booked through easy click) which would you choose or any thoughts on either one if you've stayed there. I know the Venetian has got the prime location, but thats not a big factor for us as we've spent plently of time enjoying the strip from the aladdin on previous visits. I'm kind of leaning towards the hotel because of the free upgrade and last time we visited we had the best time at TheMix and 40 duece located in the hotel. But I've only seen the Venetian from the outside, I've never made time to visit inside. I could be missing out on something way better. Thanks in advance for the help guys
  4. I just booked my plane tickets for vegas, I checked many sites to get the best value; hotwire, PL, orbit z. However, I was able to get the best price through southwest website. I fly out of Indianaoplis 5/17 nonstop to vegas and fly back 5/22 with 1 stop for 145.00 a ticket after taxes and all fees. I was very pleased to be able to get these prices. Now, I just need some help getting a hotel room. I've tried researching the forums first and was able to get many questions already anwsered. Here's what I have in mind, I would prefer not to break up my stay, unless it was for signifacant savings. I want to stay on the strip, and would like to spend an avg. of $150 a night. I think I could get a 4 * deal by using priceline within in that price range, and I would be fine with all the 4* listed on priceline for that price except the westin. Is the westin still a 4* or is it a 3* now? My own personal thoughts, but I just don't think its worth $150 a night, when I'm taking some vegas first timers and want to give them the big vegas experance. I'm new to the EasyClickTravel website and found a couple of "off the record" hotels that have perked my intrest. Any help on figureing these out would be great. The first is listed as a 4.5* on the strip for 165.00 a night, which I'd be willing to pay if it was NYNY or something like that. The second is list as a 5* off the strip for 180.00 a night, a five star for 180 a night, I'd do that too, but after reading the deatils on this hotel about "pillow top matresses" i think this might actually be the westin. Any help or advice you guys have for my trip would be great, Thanks
