Yes, it did include Fitness Center. My apologies! FYI for anyone who wants to book this hotel (I'm not complaining, just sharing information). I ended up in a smoking room with two queens. When I called they offered to add a note to my reservation asking to bomb/Febreeze the room before I arrive. Not ideal - but happy they were willing to help.

Amenities included: Free Breakfast, Free Internet, Pool, Parking, Pets Allowed, Business Center, Guest Score 8+ Was able to use a 10% off coupon earned from a prior Price.line purchase to bring the price down to $81.90/night. I did attempt to offer $80 on the NYOP tool prior to reserving the express deal and was not successful.

Guest Score: Rated 8.0 out of 10 (or higher) Free Breakfast Free Internet in room Outdoor Swimming Pool Free Parking Business Center Fitness Center List price is $209/night currently. Got lucky - been checking Express Deals daily for this combination. I specifically didn't want the other 2.5 star properties in this area. The guest score is what gave me the clue I needed to book.

I started out trying NYOP and offered $47 for 2.5 and 3.0 star in Clearwater-(Northwest). I was rejected but offered a try again option with a $7 increase. There were no other areas to choose from that didn't have a 2.5 star level choice (for rebidding purposes). I had already reviewed the Express Deals beforehand and saw I could pay $52 for a 2.5 star in the same area, so I chose to do that over accepting their offer to try NYOP again at $54. Needless to say, Express Deals was my best option in this case. If you have any suggestions for how to improve my bidding skills, please let me know.

Started at $50, was rejected and was counter-offered at $62. I declined, added Mount Dora as an area (which has a highest hotel star of 2) and won the bid at $55.

First bid of $45 for 2.5 and 3.0 stars in this area was rejected. Added Clearwater Beach area and increased bid to $50 resulted in win. Express Deals was offering 2.5 stars in the same area for $56.
