I signed up to find a hotel room with Priceline. They asked for my credit card information which makes me uncomfortable, but I put my information in. I marked the city, the area of the city, type of hotel and the things I needed the hotel to have. I also needed it to be a pet friendly. I received a hotel and I called to see where exactly the hotel was. (which I am glad I did) Because it was not in the area I wanted and it was not a pet friendly hotel. And of course they will not give me my money back. I know for a fact this time that I marked everything I wanted. I have used them before and the same thing has happened, but when they told me I didn't do something wrong I just assumed I did it wrong. But when a friend had the same problem and now I have again. I have to say something. Be careful! If there is any ammenties that are a MUST HAVE, I think you need to actually call and try another site.
