It's back! Eek was hoping that I was avoiding this property by bidding 3* but it looks like Priceline has decided this hotel is again a 3* hotel. My first bid was $38 and it was accepted. I had gone to $60 at 3.5* for the last 10 days or so and chanced it on the 3* level after having no luck. Was thinking this might be the Clarion (after checking Hotwire and what looked to be the Clarion for $51) but it wasn't... be warned that the Wyndham is back! Have an early morning flight so this will work just had hoped for a true 3* hotel. I used the BB PRICELINE link as always.

Have been bidding for a few days up to $53 with no luck. Tried again tonight bid $45 and was offered to rebid for $61, declined raised my bid to $50 and no luck, rebid for $53 and won the Paper Valley Hotel. Was listed at $87 (or what I thought was the Paper Valley) on Hotwire. This hotel will work, but was actually hoping for the location of the Neenah Holiday Inn and was a little surprised to see the Paper Valley come up. Used the BB PRICELINE link

Something else I forgot to mention and maybe other know this, but I didn't get this hotel as an option today the first few times I was looking. I then got serious and put in 2 adults and 2 kids and all of a sudden this property was available. There wasn't even a 3* listed, so I don't think it was just an amenity change either. I will keep this in mind for future bookings even if I don't need a room for 4 I will always check for 2 and 4 from now on!

Some of the rebids areas have changed but still the same general idea. I was bidding 2.5* for Germantown and had 4 extra areas to use for rebids this way. I bid $38 for 2.5* on first bid, declined and was offered to rebid with a $10 addition to my bid. I rejected that and used Waterford as a rebid and bid $40 and it was accepted. Sorry I just saw this reply and I wanted to add that I had read that I would need to pay the resort fee but I didn't! I was kind of shocked when I checked in and nothing was mentioned so I expected something on the way out, but no extra fees were ever charged. My parents stayed right after us at the same property at the same price and they too did not get charged a resort fee.

Same day bid, first try. Saw back in Oct. someone had won this property for $45 so I gave it a try. I have bid on this hotel (well I should say 3.5* in this zone) in the past up to $65 on a same day reservation and not won, so I'm happy.
