Hot.wire offered secret hotel 4* Dupont Circle/National Zoo for $85. It turned out to be Omni Shoreham hotel

In the confirmation it states - you saved 25%, but the nonrefundable rate is $192 vs $180 accepted bid. So $12 cheaper - not even 10%. (((

I have to apologize, it wasn't me booking the hotels. I just wanted to share the results with the board. I was told 3* initially, I asked for confirmation - you are absolutely correct - it states 2*. Please correct my post.

Tried for several days, starting with $152 for 3* including areas in Manhattan - Times Square, Empire State,Hell's Kitchen, Madison Square Garden, Upper East Side. Bid accepted for $180 for 3* New York Comfort Inn Times West 9/10-9/13 $180/night. I did not see this hotel on the list. Total with taxes and 5% discount code: $634.14

Won 5* Las Vegas (Strip North Vicinity - Condo) Trump International Hotel, Las Vegas for $75 9/15-9/18 Used 5% discount from priceline. Lowest for this hotel is $112/night
