Can anyone help with a starting bid amount for a hotel in this area? Is $100.00 a night way to little to hope for a 3 star? We would like to get as close to Downtown as possible but couldn't dream of paying even the discounted rate for those hotels. We are traveling 10/13 TO 10/16 Thurs thru Sat checking out on the Sun. I hope I did this correctly ... And thanks in advance for any help anyone can give.

We are trying to stay close to the Hotel Sax as we have friends staying there. They want 300.00 as far as I can see so we are looking for something cheaper but close! Thanks!
