I ended up booking the Hotel Allegro for about $10 more a night for the same time period. The priceline rate went up today, so I decided to book elsewhere. But thanks for all your help and good luck to anyone trying to book that star level.

I do have a question. Are the priceline express hotel and the name your own price hotels usually the same hotel when comparing the same star rating?

I have to wait until I'm for sure going. I'll post the hotel once I book it.
