I am new to this board and am trying to decide if I should use Priceline for a Las Vegas stay. I would like to go for the Venetian because they have suites and we are a couple with two children and my mom. I am aware that Priceline does not guarantee 2 Queens. However, I would like to know if I get an acceptable bid at a good price will the hotel allow me to pay for the extra adult. I am concerned about the beds but also about pool access. Does anyone have any experience? We cannot afford the hotel web rates.

I have been checking out all of the hotel boards with an eye on the Embassy Suites downtown Ft. Lauderdale for a pre-cruise stay for quite awhile. Although the price always seemed right I couldn't take a chance on Priceline since I could have gotten the Marriot Marina because we are 3 adults and and 2 children, plus I wanted breakfast. Hotwire has consistently been $191. Today I read a poster got it for $57 so I immediately went to Hotwire. Voila, $55. I am thrilled! Thanks for providing such a wonderful service you all are fantastic!
