there is a big concert 3rd weekend and the 4th weekend there is a big car auction so that probably increases some rates.

Best price i could find on this was HOTWIRE by a TON according to their website they are sold out on Saturday night for memorial weekend while but on hotwire :D :D Glad i found this site as I am already getting a free night thursday from being comp'd the night by hotel casino but their rates on the website were outrageous when direct booking! Will be using this site in the future. Could also add on days Monday- Thursday for $54 a night talk about a steal for this 5 star resort.
