I don't have the previous search dates. But I did another search: Sept 17 - Sept 23 $275/night (Retail: $289.17) I guess it is not JW Marriot then since their retail is much much higher. Based room is mid $300/night. Looks like I'll be paying ~$300/night before tax etc. Going there for wedding and honeymoon. Not my choice :)
