(this is not accurate, the place has rooms available for $105. elsewhere, and for $113. on Hot.wire) Listed amenities: Pool Free Parking Free Internet Business Center Restaurant I'm fine with it, the location is exactly what I needed for my last night before flying out - but it's not the "53% off" advertised.

Yes, customer service has informed me that it is the Royal Solaris. I still don't know why they put "Caribe" in there, but I see in reviews that they do occasionally 'bump' guests from one hotel to another. Honestly, they look pretty similar. it looks like they have 3 resorts, not 2: Royal Solaris GR Caribe by Solaris GR Solaris Thanks all, once again!

My result: Hotel Royal Solaris Caribe All Inclusive Blvd Kukulcan Lote 64 Km 20.5 Cancun, QROO, 77500 However, I'm still not entirely sure where I'm staying, exactly! According to the hotels' website, they run two resorts on this lot (same address): Hotel Royal Solaris and GR Caribe by Solaris I guess they're probably reserving the right to stick me where ever they have an empty room? I see this result has come up before on this board; any feedback on which building you ended up in? I'm guessing it's going to be the older one... ??? Thanks so much, everyone!

I'll live, but really not delighted. Info for 3.5 stars meant I was hoping for the Sheraton Vistana. This was previously listed as a 3-star.
