Lowest refundable rate is current $236. Was hoping for the Courtyard Brookline, but this hotel is well-rated on tripadvisor, so I'm satisfied. FYI: Looks like Priceline has recently bumped it up to a 3*. Still showing up on the hotel list here as a 2.5*. Apologies for not using the PRICELINE link here this time around...will do so in the future. Best of luck to all.
