This seems to be a good winning price if 4 star property is available in downtown. You could go cheaper, as there are many areas of Columbus without any 4 star properties, so lots of rebids. NOTE: Parking at many of the 4 star properties can be a deal killer - Hyatt parking is $24 Valet, $14 self parking. FYI.
