Hi! Any advice on how much to bid would be appreciated :D . 6/12-6/13 3* LAX $66 rejected, added Culver City, $68 rejected added Santa Monica, $70 rejected tried again for 6/12-6/14 3* LAX for $75 rejected added Brentwood, bid $79, rejected added Beverly Hills, $82 bid, rejected. I am looking for a hotel that is close enough to LAX so I can attend my graduation without being stuck in traffic too long. Hoping for a 3 star in the 70-80s. Doesn't seem possible. 2 adults, one 9 year old child. I'm fine with 2-2.5 stars but would like a child friendly area. (Less chances of drunk people partying or up all night) I looked at their expressdeals: 2.5* LAX area. $94 Free Breakfast, internet and parking. Holiday Inn or Holiday Inn Express LAX. 3.5 starts of 5. Very good to average reviews. 2* Manhattan Beach/El Segundo $46 Better Bidding hotel possibilities 2: Hyatt House El Segundo (Ranked #4 of 10 hotels in El Segundo) 4of5 stars, Reviews mostly excellent and very good. Few complaints, some of rooms face bus zone 4am start, end 1:00 am, and they had partiers in next door room. (no availability on website) OR POSSIBLY (Free internet advertised only) 2* Towneplace Suites by Marriot in Manhattan Beach, #7 of 9 hotels, Mostly Good reviews. Train is above some of the rooms and makes it noisy, 18 minutes, 15 miles driving $169 on their website. Still available. Free Internet Do you have any suggestions where to stay. I'd be willing to pay maybe $40-50 for 2*. and $75-85 for a three star for a good area that can access UCLA without too much traffic (20-25 minutes ideally) Thanks for your help! Gr8ful Traveller :)
