A few weeks ago, I was able to win on Priceline the Sheraton in Poipu for $138/night in September. No reason you shouldn't low ball the bids this far out.
Initially bid $60. Priceline didn't accept but said if I bid $72, I would have a better chance to win. Checked online and standard price for hotel is $209/night. So, I feel I got a great deal on a hotel with great reviews.
