well, i do believe you are right about Caesar's!!! i just did another search and clicked Regular Rate Hotels and, lo and behold, Caesar's is listed as 4.5* for $87/night. Well done.

Interesting. I've never seen Caesar's listed above a 4*. I'm not the most knowledgeable about Atlantic City, only been there 2-3x. My mind's eye remembers Borgata and Revel as far and away the best two properties in the city. I was saddened to learn the Revel will be closing next month only two years after building resort.

I went with 4.5* Hot Deal via Hot.wire, got the Conrad for $116. it was a tremendous value. if you get the chance to go to this property treat yourself to an adult soda on the bar's balcony. great view of Biscayne Bay and downtown.

As a native Cincinnatian i can say you have a pretty good deal for this property. It's not the newest or the fanciest hotel in town, but it's in a great loation. it's just a couple blocks from the center of it all downtown, Fountain Square. Free concerts and events pretty much every night this summer. And a very easy walk to Great American ballpark if the Reds are in town.

I started at $62 a night for 4.5 star in zones where only 5 star properties were located. eventually i crept up to $83 for a 4.5 star property for the entire Orlando area. i wasn't expecting to win the bid, honestly. My wife and I are looking for a lazy, relaxing visit instead of an action packed theme park experience. Just looking for some sun and adult beverages poolside. The Omni fits perfectly, we are very satisfied with result.

Any 3.5 star Loop hotel for $109 is a bargain in the summertime. If you do get the Silversmith you are getting my favorite hotel in Chicago, by far. That said, a 4 star downtwon under $150 is a sweet deal too. I've never stayed in River North or Mag Mile area but my wife has and finds it delightful. I would say that all of your options look pretty solid in this thread.

My best friend wound up renting several rooms at The Silversmith Hotel a few weeks ago and asked the lobby staff to do him a solid and book two rooms for me. I got two suites for under $150/night. It helps that all the members of our "wolfpack" have never stayed anywhere other than this hidden gem. I couldn't recommend it more highly!!!

I decided to fly into Miami with my wife the day before our cruise departed. I wanted a 4+ star property near the ships, preferably with an outdoor pool. I've never been on a cruise before, my wife has been on several dozen, and i wanted a little R&R poolside before embarking on a trip with 4000 of my closest friends surrounding me. Ha! I'm very pleased with this property at this price.

I am staying in Chicago during that same timeframe. I made a reservation in February for a suite at a 3.5* hotel in The Loop for $145. I don't think $100 is going to cut it for a 4 star hotel midsummer in the loop... more likely you're looking at $170 or so via Name Your Own Price.

I'm looking for two rooms for two nights 6/28 - 6/30 in Chicago downtown. I vastly prefer The Loop since that's the only place i've ever stayed in town over the years. This year, i'm finding it difficult to find a property under $200-250. I utilize a discount parking website to avoid the $55/day valet fees.
