I'll be bidding on Priceline and pretty much hope for the best.
I've seen some pretty good deals on PRICELINE EXPRESS but it seems like I should check up on it when it comes closer to the travel date.
Thanks.
ok, I guess it wouldn't hurt to not tell them then :P
There will be 4 adults and I would like to stay at a 4*-3.5* around the areas midtown east, midtown west and times square, are there any other locations I should look out for?
Well if I were given 2 double beds would I have to give notice to the hotel or would they be fine with it ?
My expected budget would be $100-$160 are these prices feasible?
ok, I clicked on those links.
Hey again ! If I were to request for 2 double beds would I have to tell the hotel that there are 4 people staying?
Hotwire prices are pretty comparable to other hotel websites so I wouldn't be getting much of a deal. I guess I'll just wait till it gets closer
Thanks
There are 4 people. Considering July isn't a peak season is there more of a chance for me to get 2 double beds? Do any of you guys know what hotels allow you to have 2 beds without paying fees?
Thanks
Hi guys,
I am going to new york on the 20th July - 26th July and I was wondering if anyone has managed to get 2 double beds in New York City and did you have to pay any extra fees?
Thanks
That link was heaps useful! thank you so much :D i'll keep you updated once I get my hotel :D
I'll probably continue with option 1. I'm not too fond of changing hotels half way, so ill just continue to try. I wouldn't minding bidding on ESB actually, so I might give that a try. Would you happen to know the average rate for this month ?
I've been trying to bid $90-$120 for a complete stay at Midtown East/West but have had no luck, should I just keep bidding for a complete stay until the date comes closer and i'm all out of luck, then split up the dates?
My target budget is around $90-$120 (not including tax) per night. I'm hoping i'll get a 4* around my target budget but if not I'm willing to pay that for a 3.5*. The most i'll pay for a 4* hotel is around $170 (including tax+fees).
Thank you for your help :D so would it be recommended that I split my stay?
Originally won this hotel for $65 but I managed to find a cheaper hotel so I called Priceline up and told them that I had found a cheaper hotel and they gave me a $25 refund.
Hi, I am going to New York from 18th July - 26th July and I want either a 4* or 3.5* in Midtown East, Midtown West, Times Square-Theatre District or SoHo, I was wondering how busy are those dates and how far in advance should I book the hotels?
Thanks

I'll take that into consideration. Is there any way of knowing what hotel You're going to get on PRICELINE EXPRESS?
