  1. I responded on the other thread per your request. We wound up not taking that trip. I had indicated that if we did take the trip, that I would use the link and post a follow up. Please don't worry about responding further to this thread. The options in Moorea are pretty limited and I feel it's best to just spend the money and get exactly what we want.
  2. We wound up not taking this trip, thus no word back from me. Thank you.
  3. Hello, We'll be on Moorea for one night post cruise on September 23rd, 2016. Any idea what the 5 star resort being offered might be? The amenities are as follows: Free parking, Beachfront hotel, Business center, Fitness center, Pool(s), ResortRestaurant(s), Smoke-free rooms, Suite I suspect it's either the Hilton or the Sofitel, and would suspect even further the Sofitel since "suites" are specified. Thank you in advance.
  4. Thank you for the information. If I pull the trigger with HOTWIRE, I'll use the link referenced in your response and report back.
  5. I'm looking to travel to the Riviera Maya 2/11/2016 through 2/16/2016. The resort referenced in the topic title has amenities of: free parking, free breakfast, free internet, suite, beach front hotel, free food and drinks, free premium drinks, a la carte dining, indoor pool(s). When I click on the resort, the next page states that the last person received the Blue Diamond Riviera Maya. Is there any relevance to what the last person received? I love this resort and would gladly stay there again, especially at a rate of $383.
  6. My thoughts are similar. If I bid, I'll be sure and use the link as well as post the results.
  7. I have a reservation at The Palazzo January 25th - January 28th. The rates are not that bad at $239, $259 and $199 per night respectively. I see some people have had recent wins at The Palazzo for February and March. I'm tempted to bid for next weekend and see what happens, but I'd much rather stay at The Palazzo than The Venetian. Any thoughts as to the gamble and probability of winning The Palazzo? Oh yes, I'm also aware that The Wynn is another 5* possibility in the North Strip. Though I have seen it won lately. FYI...I'm not asking for bidding assistance. Is there a special link to use so BB gets credit? Thank you.
  8. Hotwire has a 5 star listing on the Big Island's Kohala Coast, through betterbidding.com and another website, I was confident that this resort was the Hapuna Prince. I shopped the rates on Hotwire for a week, the second time I saw the rate at $158, I secured a reservation. The Hapuna Prince is also offered on Priceline, but there is a good chance that you could end up at the Hilton Waikoloa, which I'm sure is a very good resort as well. Hapuna Beach, ocean view rooms and peaceful surroundings were among the selling points for me in determining where I wanted to stay. All the reviews I've read regarding Hapuna Prince sound fantastic. I'm thrilled with the rate and am pleased with the information that betterbidding.com offers.
  9. I was dissapointed that my post regarding the 4.5 star resort on the Kohala Coast was not answered, especially since I responed to the questions asked by thereuare. This website is helpful, more prompt responses would make it even better. I got the 5 star Hapuna Prince for $158 a night for 4 nights in October. I did not want to chance Priceline and getting stuck at the Hilton Waikoloa.
  10. We will be checking in on October 9th, 2003 for 4 nights. The amenties of the 4.5 star hotel are as follows: Resort, Beachfront, Restaurant, Pool, Business Center, Fitness Center, Golf nearby, Tennis Nearby, Spa Services, Childrens Activities, Laundry Facilities.
  11. Hotwire lists a 4.5 star hotel on the Big Island's Kohala coast. What is this property? It also lists a 5 star property, but from looking at the hotel list on betterbidding.com, it appears the 5 star is either the Hapuna Prince or the Mauna Kea. Why does the price flucuate on the 5 star? I've been watching the past couple of days and I've seen the price range from $158 to $180. Thanks....Matt
