I had been tracking this property on lastminutetravel, where it was running $141. Don't remember the exact figure on priceline, but it was much higher. My friend that we are traveling with got an email this morning saying a 4 star in downtown Miami was $94. When you clicked on it, it was down to $86! However, theirs is a family of 3 and when I did it, it was $90. Still a fantastic price!
