Really pleased with this. Had a booking.com reservation on hold for $159 only because it's walking distance to the Morris Theatre. Decided to cancel and name my own price, expecting to drive to the theatre but the savings would offset the inconvenience. Got the same place for $55. You saved 65%! There was a PRICELINE EXPRESS deal that might have been the Doubletree. It was $68. I originally bid $50 and they countered with $62. I added a zone and they accepted $55. Booked this last minute late on the evening needed. Didn't have time to play around and turned out to be very impressed with this property. Very easily could be ranked 3*. As always, I used the links from Better Bidding to access PRICELINE.

Maybe I'm doing something wrong but I'm having a great deal of trouble with these new Priceline lists. I have no idea what Region my desired towns are in and spend a lot of time clicking each region and hoping to find the towns I want. With the old lists it was easy to scroll down the page or use 'find' to find the name. Help! Please tell me how, through Priceline or elsewhere, I can find the correct region. Currently I am searching for: Batavia NY Mansfield MA Bridgeport CT Thanks very much.

This is a hard area. Been trying for weeks to get a 2.5* Holiday Inn in Bentleyville or nearby Belle Vernon with no luck. Was hoping for a last minute bargain but this is the best I could do. The place is clean and fine, and breakfast was good but $75? Yikes. Booked this yesterday and am very, very happy. Express Deal was $65, I bid $57 and was accepted. It's exactly where I want be so I'll soon leave my $33 Comfort Inn back-up plan (see other win post) and move on over to the Holiday Inn. $33 plus $57 is cheaper than the regular Holiday Inn rate so I still came out ahead, sort of!
