Was wondering if this could possibly be the Edgewater Hotel; however, I have seen the Edgewater Hotel being bought on the Downtown - Seattle Center - Space Needle section with a 75% recommended rating.

Booked this 4 star - Hyatt Regency for Vancouver Downtown-Coal Habour-Stanley Park. Thought it was a steal since June is cruise season, and that's why we'll be in town.

Hotwire - Studio Suite @ Palms Place Hotel for $75/night (best deal I could find especially for a Saturday night) and the reviews are great so I grabbed it. Total $179.11 plus $25/day resort fees when we get there. Great deal in my opinion especially since the Concert we're going to will be next door at The Pearl.

I will only need 1 bed for 2 adults for this trip - Seattle/Downtown, 4*, 2 nights - 10/26 - 10/28. I would love to try bidding with Priceline for this hotel stay. I did it a few months ago and didn't win anything, but at least it taught me the bidding process. Budget is $80 - $120 per night.

I'm trying to strategize when I should start bidding on my Seattle 4* Priceline Hotel. Our trip is at the end of October...so should I wait a few weeks or would I be better off waiting till the week of the trip? I have children so I'm always worried about them getting sick right before a non-refundable trip. What has been your experience?
