We stayed at the Delta-(Sherbrooke/Kennedy) a couple of weeks ago and it was very enjoyable. We needed 2 beds/non smoking and they were very accomadating. Priceline booked us king/smoking but the desk accepted our request by phone the night before arrival. The room was on the 12th floor and huge and not on the construction side (east). The place looks like it has been half way remodeled. The weakest point was probably the beds, standard motel doubles, with typical Kmart bed spreads. Nice chairs and coffeetable, work desk and clean. Huge health club which includes the pool, workout, squash, sauna and whirlpool and kids room. The pool is quite long and is divided for laps which sometimes was an issue. The hotel has requested that one side is reserved for laps only but some adults seemed to feel the whole thing was for laps if though a poorly made sign advised otherwise. Temperature was cool not cold, lots of kickboards and floating noodles for the kids. Bar looked like it had awesome munchies for happy hour. Great location, very close to the underground city and festival land and McGill. Easy walk to St. Dennis. Parking was $20.00 with in and out but maxium vehicle height was 6ft (I think). Room temperature was easily controlled. The front desk was very polite, efficent and helpful, even to us cheapstakes (smart shoppers). I would definitely stay there again. :) :) Delta Montreal
