I made a bid of $52 on a 3* hotel in the Cheyenne zone, and it was rejected. I added the Cheyenne East zone and upped my bid to $54, and it was accepted. Taxes and fees were $12.52 on top of the rate.

Parking in the garage across the street was $7 on weekdays. Valet parking was $20 per night.

I bid after 6pm on the night I was going to stay. Free parking is available in the parking garage across the street.

This hotel was formerly the Holiday Inn Express in Williams, now the Ramada Inn. I would say it was a good value for what I paid.

Yes, it has a restaurant, but the Priceline listing for The Roosevelt does not have "restaurant" listed as an amenity, while the Windsor Court does. These are the little details you need to look at when determining which hotel is the Priceline Express deal. See pics below.

I am staying at my regular NOLA hotel (Chateau LeMoyne) in the French Quarter during the weekdays, but they are jacking the rates on the weekend to $173 for Friday night and $300 for Saturday night. I said, "not paying that," and went to Price.line to get a good deal for a Friday and Saturday night. I came up with the Marriott near the Convention Center. It is a little bit of a walk to the French Quarter, but it is in a nice neighborhood with a couple restaurants and bars. I imagine this hotel caters more toward the convention crowd and has plenty of vacancy on weekends.

It is actually the Windsor Court Hotel. Take it to the bank. Regular price for that date is $225/night, so you would be saving $59 with the PRICELINE EXPRESS Deal. Le Pavilion is only a 4*. While The Roosevelt is a 4.5*, The Roosevelt doesn't have a restaurant.

The Le Concorde is a very nice hotel located right next to the Plains of Abraham. Haute Ville and Basse Ville are a five and a ten minute walk, respectively. They knew my reservation was through Priceline and thus put me in a smaller room right next to the elevator columns. They said they could upgrade me to a larger room away from the elevator for an extra $20 per night. There were some hidden fees. Self parking is $23 and valet parking is $28. Internet cost an extra $13.50 USD per day. It is possible to park your car in a lot about two blocks away for $14/day.

Very nice modern hotel. Taxes were 27.03 USD, bringing the total price to 129.03 USD. Valet parking is $26 per night, unlimited in and out. You might be able to find street parking for cheaper. The valet parked my truck in a lot about two blocks away. I'd stay at this property again. It is right in the heart of the St. Roch neighborhood and only a fifteen to twenty minute walk into Haute Ville and Basse Ville.

Two nights came out to just over $103 with taxes and fees. I am excited as this hotel is right across the street from The Arch. There isn't a Rams game nor Blues game this weekend, which means a surplus of rooms downtown.

I bid the day of stay. Bid $40 for a 2.5* in the downtown zone and was rejected. Added the Speedway zone, rebid $41, and was rejected. I came back into priceline an hour later and tried for a 2* or better in the downtown zone. The only 2* in this zone is the Candlewood Suites, so even at the 2* level I knew I wouldn't be getting a dive. I bid $42 and was given the Fairfield Inn and Suites which is a 2.5*. It was pretty nice and comparable to other priceline hotels I have stayed at that were 3*'s. They charge $23 to park in their garage or $27 for valet parking. It is a hidden charge, so watch out. I don't think you get in/out privileges. I parked in a parking garage a block away for slightly under $20. There is a TGI Fridays on the ground floor of the hotel.

I bid $50 for a 4* downtown. FAIL I added 3.5* and bid $45. FAIL I added the airport zone and bid $45. SUCCESS I paid just over $59 with the taxes and fees. This is a nice deal for what you get. It is located right next to Indianapolis Airport. There is an option to have valet or park for free. The guest are mostly business people it seems.

Some days you can get a 2.5* for $42. Other days it will reject at $42 like the previous couple times I tried bidding in the Champaign-Urbana area.

Bid $46 for a 4* in downtown Indianapolis the day of stay and was rejected. Added another zone without 4* hotels (Speedway) and rebid $50, which was accepted. Total credit card charges with taxes and fees was just under $66. Valet parking is $32. The self-park on the premises is a flat $28 with no in-and-out privileges. Your best bet is to park on the street which is free from 9pm to 7am, and only $1.50/hour during business hours. There is also a parking garage a half block away by the Catholic church that is cheaper than the garage on site and has tiered prices based on how many hours you are parked inside. Wireless Internet is free for one hour, then you must pay a fee after that. The extra money spent on parking and Internet access negates the value of staying here.

Booked day of stay. Priceline needs to bump the Hampton Inn up to a 3 star. It is one of the nicest hotels in Champaign-Urbana. The location is right across University Avenue from U of I.
