  1. ok lets stay away from the trump for now. It can be my last resort if need be. Still looking for something at a good price though.
  2. Well, Is the trump not just off the strip? Like within walking distance? It seems to be but maybe I just cant gauge the map properly. Is it so far off that it makes walking too far?
  3. I'm new to this so bear with me... I am planning a trip to Vegas in October (5th to 7th) with my wife. I have never been to Vegas before and would like to stay in a 5* on the strip. I have no preference for Hotel so north or south strip is fine with me. I won't mind staying at the Trump or Vbada(or any other hotel people seem to avoid) because I have never been and don't mind trying them out atleast once in my lifetime (unless there is a REALLY obvious reason for most people not wanting to stay there). I have visited Hotwire and see that a 5* is currently available for those dates for $122 per night which i have concluded to be the Trump (no casino). I have read that there are 11 re-bid zones in Vegas but I dont want to accidently re-bid in a zone I am not willing to stay in so I would like to know if there is a chance I might get stuck with another 5* that would not be near the strip. I guess my question is: Where are the re-bit zones and where are the zones I should NOT use to re-bid(if any). Also, considering the trump is going for $122 per night, that will be my maximum I am willing to spend. So where should I start the bidding at? My guess was $80 with 2$ increments up to $122. I would like to know if everything I have posted here makes sense or is there anything im missing? I really dont want to get stuck in a hotel somewhere remote. Thanks in advance for the help!
