I bid $79 a night for a 4 star in Louisville downtown on priceline and came up empty. I went to hotwire and got a 4 star for 99 for tomorrow night, did turn out to be the Galt House. Love the site, and I did use the link to HOTWIRE. Thanks.....Eric

yet I have seen others consistently getting 65-75 all day long. am i too far in advance? should i wait 2-4 weeks prior, or is that date just a bad day?

how can you tell it's the swissotel? it only showed retail price of $169. I am not sure what it is.

I tried bidding 65, 70 and 75 in NW loop and downtown areas, no luck
