I read much of the entries on this board before booking our room. From the board I expected this 5 star hotel to be the Wynn, which is what we wanted. The amenities are: This hotel features the following amenities: Casino Fitness Center Pool(s) Restaurant(s) Business Center Golf Nearby Tennis Nearby Spa Services There was also a Trip Advisor number of 1640+ (which I don't understand because the Wynn has over 20,000 entries on TA.) In any case, we got the Wynn at $155 per night. I booked my room using the HOTWIRE link on this page. Thank you for your help.

I bid $50 per night for a 4* hotel on the north or south end of the strip. This is a Saturday and Sunday night. The bid was accepted from Planet Hollywood. Priceline has PH listed at $138 for each night, so this was a very pleasant surprise. Thanks. Barry

I just booked (on Hotwire) a 4.5 * hotel in North Scottsdale for October 29, 2005 for $128. It ended up being the Hyatt Gainey Ranch Resort and Spa. Interestingly, the listing did not state a spa, but the resort does have a spa. Great rate for the area. Rates on the hotel web site are $279, and I could find nothing lower than that in a comparable resort. Amenities included resort, restaurants, pools, fitness center, childrens activity program, golf and tennis nearby and business center. This is my first time using the site, and I found it very helpful, so I thought I would contribute. I hope I provided enough info. I live in the area, so let me know if you have any other questions.
