  1. It's been years since I last "Bid for a Hotel" on Priceline. My son wanted a hotel room near the airport for an early flight. We worked the advanced bidding strategy together and he learned the method. We wanted a 3.5 star hotel and bid 17 times going from $65 to $110. Moved down to a 3 star and started at $65. Finally successful at $100 bid with tax the room was ~$122. Achieved a $29 savings from best published rate. Used the betterbidding PRICELINE link.
