Started low $50 Zone 1 upto $90 with rebids w/ zones 2 and 3. Next day started at $100 zone1 upto $130 all 3 zones. This hotel Newport Beach Hotel and Suites, is new to the 3.5* range for Goat Island. Not really a 3.5* hotel and a little bit away from downtown area. Really should be in the Middletown section as a 3*.
