I've been trying for about a week to get this rate for a 3 star and up. Finally saw someone else post that they have it but at a different hotel. Oh well. A win is a win!

I've been in this hotel for about a week. Priceline keeps giving me the rate of 41 dollars. I think the most I've paid was 46 a night. The hotel is very nice. Great updated rooms and great location. The only bad thing is the maid service. They are soooo slow. My room isn't cleaned until after 5PM. Out of the 4 separate times I've stayed here three of those times my room wasn't ready until after 5PM. Otherwise it is a great hotel for 41 a night!

I got the same for 5/4-5/5. Just a forewarning- Parking is 12.00 a day and you have to pay for internet access as well. Still an awesome deal at a great hotel right on the beach.

Nice hotel. Very clean. Flat screens nice beds. Close to UCF and about 40 minutes from the attractions. Since it is by the college there are a ton of things to eat and do. Great buy!
