Hi, Thank you for taking the time to read my post...I am looking at using Hotwire for the first time to book a hotel in New York from 11th-21st July 2012. Ideally I would like to book a 4 or 5 star property which is near Times Square or Central Park as we are on holiday and need somewhere that is centrally located. I need to book 2 rooms: 1 room is just for an adult and the second room is for 1 adult and 2 young children (we would really need twin beds and a sofa bed). Initially I have looked at many websites and have seen 2 hotels that we like: The Michelangelo (it has a deal on at the moment) and Double Tree Suites. They are costing between $830 - $900 a night for the 2 rooms. Is it possible to get a cheaper rate? Only the search I have just done on Hotwire seems to give me two options: 4* Times Square £2181 a saving of £678. 90% Hotwire reviews Facilities include Fitness Center, Restaurant(s), Business Center 4.5* Times Square £2672 95% Hotwire reviews Facilities include Fitness Center, Restaurant(s), Business Center If i look further away, there is also an option of a 4.5* in SoHo costing £2368, saving £463 90% Hotwire reviews Facilities include Fitness Center, Restaurant(s), Business Center I am unsure whether theses are great deals, or if I should do my own bidding and see where that gets me.
